It's Been a While!

It's been a while since my last blog post! I have been out of the blogging world for a few years now, but I've never stopped creating. I have been learning stained glass and a mosaic wood art process called intarsia. I've also started putting wood and glass together for a mixed media type of art! I'm kinda crazy about trying some driftwood projects, too!
I've also been making lots and lots of cards, and I'm still doing 3D projects that I cut out with my electronic cutter.

But I had a special wedding to attend today. The youngest son of some very dear friends got married today, and just like his two brothers before him, he and his beautiful bride received a personalized gift.

I used a monogram file from Design Bundles and added the bride and groom's names in vinyl, then added some beautiful Dew Drops from The Robin's Nest for that extra bit of elegance.

It's great to be back, and in my next post I'll share some exciting news! Happy crafting, friends, and thanks for stopping by today!

Trendy Tote

I needed a pretty little gift bag for a birthday party that I was attending, and this little Trendy Tote bag doesn't disappoint! It goes together quickly and is a perfect gift bag for smaller items! Check out My Scrap Chick for more ideas for gifts and accessories!

Baby, It's Cold Outside

It's not in the 90s this week, but at least we don't have sub-zero weather like we did a few years ago! Our exchange student, Eren, had never (and probably never will again!) experienced such cold weather! We had her throw the boiling water to make "snow", and she tried blowing bubbles, too! We couldn't stay outside for very long, though!

I made this layout using the Baby It's Cold Outside Card  from My Scrap Chick.

Aloha

I'm so far behind on getting my scrapbooking done. Here's a beautiful sunrise from our
Hawaii trip! I have used the Aloha Card and the Hawaiian Shirt Card  from My Scrap Chick
to finish this 12 x 12 page for my scrapbook! Both of the files were reduced
 to use on this page.

Thanks for stopping by today! Social distance hugs to you!

Journey

I am not one to get rid of stamps and paper that has been discontinued, no matter the manufacturer. I know some crafters who keep current on all their supplies and anything discontinued gets thrown out. Not me! With that said, this great stamp set from Heartfelt Creations is discontinued, but it made a great guy card!

This was colored with my Spectrum Noir alcohol markers, and cut out with the matching die set. I've been away from the challenge scene for awhile. This is my first time back! I have entered this in the following challenges:

Love to Craft Challenges: Anything Goes

PINspirational Challenges

Through the Craft Room Door - Anything Goes

Crafty Sentiments Designs - Anything Goes

Crafting Happiness Challenges - Anything Goes

Mountains, Please

Hello! It's a cold and rainy day here, and it's perfect to reminisce about the gorgeous day that was spend in Washington state! I made this scrapbook page using the Mountains Please and Washington State files from My Scrap Chick.

It might have been cold and snowy at the top, but it was a beautiful summer day for the drive! Hope you enjoyed my scrapbook page, and thanks for stopping by today! Hugs!
