"Spring" Flowers

Yes, I know a sunflower is not a spring flower, but these are on springs, so it counts, right? I used the Sunflower Greetings file from My Scrap Chick. The "seeds" of the sunflowers are micro beads. I just put them on the old springs and added the homespun ties. Look how cute they are!

All Things Are Possible

I love this. I love the wood-grain charger plate, and I love the sentiment. It has a much more personal meaning to me right now. This sentiment came from My Scrap Chick, and it's called, appropriately, With God All Things Are Possible Wordart. Then I used the Stacking Circles Frame to put on the outside edge of the plate.

Easter Blessings

Easter blessings to you! Today I have a card that features Sympathy Word Art from My Scrap Chick. Even though this is a cut file, I couldn't wait to try printing this beautiful flourished word on my laser printer and foiling it with my Minc machine! It makes a great focal for a card front! I also used Card 12 from Card Essentials Volume 2 for the base and background of the card, using my Word Art instead of the heart shape.

A quick ribbon and a bit of bling, and this card is complete! These are quick and versatile, so be sure and add these files to your collection! Thanks for stopping by!

Spring Candy!

Oh, the colors of spring! And oh, the colors of candy that we can get in the spring! Today is my post for My Scrap Chick, and I used the Botanical Roses and the Doodle Leaves files to create the flowers, and used these cute spring candies as the centers!

These are so cute and so easy. I hope you'll try some today! Thanks for stopping by!

Crate Storage

Hello there! I created a storage box out of crates! I saw this idea with real crates on Pinterest, and thought, hey, I can do that with that cute crate file from My Scrap Chick! It's from the Orange Trio file. I made 4 crates, using a wood-look embossing folder and distressing the edges a bit.

With this file, you'll have to cut off the back panel where the sign would be. Then just adhere the four crates together and you've got your storage crates! This is large enough to hold a lot of items, as you can see! Thanks for stopping by today!

Straight Outta Worship

Hi friends! Today is my post for My Scrap Chick, using the "Straight Outta" line! I decided to make this shirt for hubby, since he is one of the the Worship Team leaders at our church. It's a great project and they don't take much time at all. Just follow the directions on your HTV.

Yes, I got him to model for me! We've had a very mild winter so far this year, and we were able to get out and take a walk!

Vinyl Monogram

Hi friends! Today is my first post for My Scrap Chick, and I couldn't be more excited! I love creating personalized items, so I chose these files and made an anniversary tile! I used the Flourish Monogram
for the main letter, and the long flourish from the Flourish Placecard file. I duplicated it, then mirrored one of them to create the white image on each side. This was cut from two colors of vinyl, then applied to the 12x12 ceramic tile.

I hope you've enjoyed my project, along with all the other fabulous designs on My Scrap Chick. Thanks for stopping by! Hugs!

Vintage Sewing Machine

It's ready to start quilting! This is the cutest Vintage Sewing Machine from Cre8tive Cutz. I made this just because it's so darn cute, and then I decided to make the little 4-patch block to go on it.
I donated this for an auction sewing-themed basket at our ladies retreat.

This was so much fun to make, and it's in the .99 cent store. Thanks for taking a look on my blog today! Blessings to you!
