This card was made using the Papertrey Ink stamp set "Up, Up and Away" and the corresponding die. I used Brilliance Pearlescent inks for the hot air balloons and just "thumped" around the edges of the cloud stamp in blue to give the color to the felt clouds. I got the idea from a friend who got her inspiration from the web. Thanks for looking!
